I would avoid this firm Their lawyer at the time said he would take my case, left me in limbo, then abandoned me, this motivated me to study law and win on my own, the bad news there was nothing I that would make suing them worthwhile because I ended up doing such a great job on my own thus there is no real damages to sue for. That said I recommend avoiding them, if it's too late to avoid them I recommend demanding that you record all interactions with them both over the phone and in person.
