The irrigation pump this company maintains sits outside my bedroom window and sounds like grinding metal. When I raised the issue, the owner, Cameron stated "it is operating as it should with no issues.” If this is how legitimate concerns are handled, I would seriously pause and reconsider before trusting this company in my home.
