After Service I am so frustrated with this chapel. The service provide from beginning to end of funeral was wonderful. But when it came to submitting needed documents to insurance company it was awful. I have talked for past month to swanson chapel and was told documents would be mailed. I call insurance company today and find out they STILL have not received needed paperwork. No problem for anyone else by me. They are very helpful at a very stressful time I found this organization to be very compassionate and respectful. Its a process that is very difficult to go through but they did their best to make it as painless as possible. They will do their best to make sure your wishes are fulfilled.. They were also very good at explaining all of the paper work that I would have to file in order to claim certain benefits.
