Great customer service and product support. Some of the best deals on Rinnai parts and equipment. Their contractor training classes are very informative. Thank you for always answering the phone and being awesome!

Don gives excellent customer service. I wish they were my local distribution so I could go in person. If you're in Montana use them. Fight the big box take over of everything.
Pick up and deliver freight here most of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. They got plenty of forklifts which is a plus. Everything is nicely in order and organized. And enough room to maneuver are freight trucks in the parking lot.
