We adopted our dog in March and the place we adopted her from sent her here to get spayed on March 31. We had to bring her back for a follow up appointment to have her stitches removed. Which my husband did, or so we thought the stitches were being removed. Over the last week I started seeing a couple red marks at the incision area which I have been keeping an eye on. Today i took a closer look and there is a stitch sticking out. Stitches were NEVER removed! I am pissed!

I don't want to say much other than I do not trust them and believe they do more than necessary just to make money. so sad.
been there with two sick cats already. both died months later. not sure they know what they're doing over there. never again.
I didn't bring my dog for routine veterinary care to this office, I had a different veterinarian, but I did bring her here for euthanasia and the staff was very compassionate and caring, thank you SVC for your care at a difficult time and also for the card
You should never close up shop after telling someone you would wait for them to bring their family pet in for an emergency we could have tried somewhere else
I bring my dog here and they are great with him. hes super active and they always are patient with him. I've had a few visits over the last few years with them as my dog is getting older and they do a great job with him and the staff does a great job with me got me in there a few times on very short notice. appreciate it all! thanks guys!
