Excellent care with Dr. STOOPS
They are trying to drop me as a patient after sending a letter that specifically stated “you have not had ANY INTERACTION with the office in 3 years” I messaged them saying what about the telehealth you made me do last year when I wanted to be seen in person? “Oh telehealth doesn’t count” I have been coming here my entire life basically, since I was under 10 years old. I have been going to this family practice for over 25 years the staff and doctor are amazing Ann Brunner
I recently, in the past six months switched my minor child to this practice. I could not be happier that I did so. We have had three appointments, with Dr. Blair and he is truly remarkable. He is very thorough while adding a personal connection with his patients. He truly cares what is going on in your life, your mental health, cares about all aspects of you. After 36 years of being a patient, the practice abandoned me refusing to see me in the middle of a health crisis because they claimed they no longer take my insurance (which they have taken all along.) confirmed that it was a mistake on the insurance end and I did have the insurance they took. But SouthCoast refused to book any appointments (even self-pay) until after I had a new card which would take weeks. They certainly do not care at all about their patients, only the money.
