RecommendedMy mother passed last week. I want to thank the entire staff for being so great to us. Especially Kassy and Natasha in the ICU. They we so nice and so understanding. I know it's a difficult time with COVID-19 going on but everyone from housekeeping to the cafeteria staff, to security, the valet guys, the nurses, PAs and doctors were amazing. I understand it’s truly a stressful time, but I had to go here yesterday for blood work and the lab was so RUDE to me. I was given Such attitude, and dirty looks for going to the hospital. I am high risk and trying to avoid the ERS , and playing it smart by being ordered by my DOCTOR to go get blood work two days in a row!!!!!!!! Some people don’t have a choice and you guys need to remember this !!!!!! I’m debating if I should even go back for the second round of blood work today because of how uncomfortable I am!!!
