It is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. 50 minutes on hold to be transferred to a voice mail. Durning these uncertain times the last thing we should have to worry about is your child’s doctor!!

First time there and loved it. Such a great place.
I've been taking my kids here since my first was born so almost 7 years. The swansboro office is the only one I'll go to. Dr. Kelly is seriously the most amazing doctor to go to. The staff is always friendly and work with my little ones when they don't want to be poked or tested for strep. They've always gotten us in to be seen for sick visits within an hour or two of calling. And I swear unlike most places I don't spend 4 hours in the waiting room. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

Unless your rich for co-pays that cost more than medication or have really really good health insurance, don't waste your time with these "receptionists or doctors". The front desk girls are rude & act like theyre better than their patients (which makes us patients uncomfortable be the way,) and only care about getting your money now. they USED TO STILL LET YOU SEE YOUR DOCTOR without a copay, (I've been billed before, I still have my copies as proof) but now unless you have almost 100$ you won't even be seen...
