Cheap rent but paid water,gas and electric..too much i not saving no money plus also pay $35 for Washer&Dryer.. Rats are disgusting.. I live here for two years..water and gas is rip off..water bill rate from $45 to $200 if leak little more smh... Now my rent went up to $879 almost to 1,000 cuz water and sew also Renovations the apts,ants out of control,silver crawl bugs spiders and it need shut down the apts..fuse box act up,ceiling peelings,kitchen cabinet new,new refrigerator, new stove,cheap paints wall get dirty, winter ... read more
Malachi that work in the rental office is so professional and he goes out his way to help and make sure everything is done in a timely manner. I have gotten 2 people over there and will keep sending people because of him and because of the apartment complex. Thanks to the assistant property manager Malachi and the rest at the rent office I haven't had many issues and have been able to get help in my apartment when needed and can count on the rest of the team here to help when needed
I have been working at Village South/Park Vue Place for about about 8 months now and I absolutely love it here! We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms! Our prices are some off the most competitive in the Richmond area! We have a great maintenance team , and an excellent professional office team! To top things all off, every last unit has been renovated within the last year and a half! I love working here!
