This is pre-Covid so it may seem odd writing about it now, but here it is. My experience with both Swan's Service and their Sales division was horrendous. I had taken my C&C '38 to Swan's for problems with leaking decks. I knew it would be expensive, original estimates were $10k - $20k. Once at Swan's I called several times for a status. Swans was non committal and indeed it took a whole season. Finally I got a phone call from Jan who said it would be over $80k !!!!
