This review is for the excellent customer service from Swanny's: Total no-brainer when choosing Swanny's over other shops in Vegas! I took my new bike in to have the steerer cut and the fit geometry transferred. Zabi went above and beyond to get the work sorted after discovering that the mechanic who did the original assembly installed the lower headset bearing upside down. It all worked out in the end but caused a lot of extra work and I really appreciated his effort.
