Terrible experience ! This is my second time trying Swanner. After working with 2 other local PT facilities here in Ojai and being a medical professional myself, I know what good PT is and the treatment here is so substandard. The therapist shows me an exercise, says, “do 2 reps of 12” and then walks away to the table in the center of the room with his back to me! I had to call out when I was done. My husband and I have both been treated at Swanner Physical Therapy in Ojai. The Physical Therapists along with their aides are excellent! Everyone is very nice, and the environment is welcoming and well laid out for a good workout. My husband's therapist was Dan and I had Joanna. We both felt like we were in good hands from the first time we walked in the door.
