Michelle has gone above and beyond throughout the process of selling my home and looking for a new home. I felt like she truly had my best interests in mind and she would always ask the questions i didn't even know to ask. She is so knowledgeable and patient that i never felt pressured to make any decisions and she explained things in a way that I could understand. Be wary of this place some of the "single" realtors are in fact married and use that to their advantage to make sales or meet new clients through dating apps. Very shady way to do business if you ask me. Be careful who you deal with and make sure they are up front with their relationship status! Using dating sites while married to put yourself out there is unprofessional and shady. The one I was dealing with was a male. But I notice alot of females put themselves as single too. The face of JPAR was our realtor, Samuel Delgado. He was fantastic. I'd been in contact with him since beginning the search for a home over 9 months ago. He started the journey with my family, was straight forward and very patient. He helped us understand our situation and the market. He took the time to get to know our family and our needs.
