Sophia was wonderful giving me dip with tips! She carefully made sure that the nails were the length I wanted and shaped them perfectly! I’m excited to go back. I’ve been getting my nails done by Swanky for over a year now and their customer service is always the best!
With the exception of the receptionist, they are really really mean to you here. I asked for short nails and was told no. I thought he was joking....he wasn't. Argued with me even, it was weird and super uncomfortable. Kept slapping and throwing my hands aggressively during the service too. Just a very weird experience. Will never go back.
I made an appointment and said what I wanted on the phone. The nail tech that took me when I came in didn’t have the skillset to do my nails. She tried to shame me into just doing a single color, said the style of the nails I wanted was old, and said it wouldn’t look good. When I didn’t back down, that’s when I figured out she didn’t have the skillset because someone else came to finish my nails after she put the single color on. I won’t come back here lol
Great customer experience!
Please don’t go here: awful customer service and poorly done job. They are unwelcoming to customers and make you wait 15-20 minutes before you are seated and then in the middle of your service?! and then they will randomly switch the nail techs in between the steps. I did a dip manicure with tip extension, and I was at the salon for almost two hours. They were very inpatient with me and dismissed my questions or concerns.
