My hair was completely ruined. I have a blade spot by my left ear. They bleached my haor for 5 hours as I wanted my hair to be platinum. The is a dark line all the way across when you list parts of my haor underneath. When I asked them to fix it, Miranda (manager) called me a slur and told me to get out. I left in tears. Worst salon ever.
Bad hair coloring. Will never go back
Wow!!! Took my daughter to swank to get her makeup and hair done for prom..... Disaster!! I called Miranda and told her my daughter was a complete mess and unhappy with her hair and makeup! Took her back in all they did was wipe the awful eyeshadow off and layer more awful eyeshadow on and put hair spray in her hair, they didn't even fix her tear lines in the foundation or fix the god awful eyeliner.
