Very disheartening scheduled a appointment months in advance and was called the day before the appointment that it was being canceled due to the office closing early. Rescheduled appointment 2 months out unacceptable patient and family satisfaction
I took my husband to the Swank Memory Center and they did not one thing to help him or me. We went to each appt hoping for answers and didn’t get any just got transferred to the next doctor. All they did was pad our bill and I’m still dealing with everything on my own. They did nothing to help I didn’t get not one answer or result to the test they took until I saw my primary care doctor Gregory Papa he explained the results to the test. Recommended by our Christiana Care physician and made appointment in early Spring 2024. Two times, LAST MINUTE, they called to rescheduled and each time is months out for next available. Not a professional way to offer healthcare and not dependable. Looking for another provider.
Had a seizure May 11th went to Christiana emergency room. Made an appointment with Christiana care neuro science and they scheduled me for today. They confirmed my insurance and my referral to only be told when I got there that they don’t take my insurance unless I was in the ER. Uhm I was in the ER I can’t help it if this was the only appointment you had for me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. This is no joke. These people need to be retrained. I’d love to be able to rate the care of the doctors; however, my father’s appointmentS (plural) were cancelled twice. Both times THE DAY BEFORE the scheduled appointment AFTER he and my mother had already confirmed the appointmentS. I’m reminded of a particular Seinfeld episode about holding a reservation but that was comedy and this unfortunately is real life. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.
