I’m in my 7th week at Swanfit, just finished the 6-week challenge, and honestly the reviews speak for themselves. The culture here is unmatched. Swan Fit has such a great environment! Sophie’s workout plans really drive results, and Tom is super motivational every step of the way. The whole setup is so encouraging and keeps you accountable, which made all the difference for me. By sticking to their plans and committing to training 3–4 times a week, I achieved a 5.8% body fat reduction in just 6 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and look forward to being part of this amazing team for a long time to come.

I’ve just completed the 6-week challenge with Swan Fit, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Over the 6 weeks, I lost 5kgs, along with 6 cm around my waist and 3 cm around my chest and back. Tom and Sophie are truly amazing—they’ve designed one of the best weekly programs I’ve ever come across.
