It’s a rather older community however it is well established and quiet and Quite peaceful and nature. That was landscaping, which is wonderful. It was lots of shade. The leasing staff and maintenance are wonderful, they are very attentive to every Need. The Neighbors are quite friendly and hateful. Great place to live for seniors, it's quiet and everyone mines their own business. Mr. Brent the maintenance manager is very respectful and super efficient. Lot's of red, blue and exotic birds.
I’ve lived here for over 28 years. Never managers there were maintenance come ago with the property itself has always been maintained. Current manager is outstanding She handled every situation that comes up as courteous informed. Community might be small, but it is quiet and peaceful And very pleasant. The prices are good and they include war, sewer, and trash so consider that when you look at the price compared to the units and other properties, a few people of water, power and sewer separately.
