I came across recommendations for Swan on Facebook and they met all my expectations. The receptionists at the front were absolutely wonderful - they were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Swan was patient, approachable, and kind. Overall, a great experience for a first eye doctor apportionment and would highly recommend!
Sally is truly a miracle worker! My daughter's glasses were very badly broken and needed to be completely replaced. When I dropped off her broken glasses Sally looked to see if she had a loaner frame she could wear in the interim but unfortunately there weren't any that fit the lenses. 24 hours after I dropped off the broken glasses I received a call from Sally that the new frames had arrived! I had high expectations going into Swan Vision as I previously had an eye doctor that I really liked. Dr. Swan is an excellent doctor and explained everything in detail to us. But what makes the experience at Swan Vision truly special are Gail and Sally! They are both very sweet and kind. Sally was patient with me while picking out glasses and listened to what I liked and didn't like to help me find the perfect fit. If I could give Swan Vision 10 stars I would. Dr. Swan is an excellent doctor. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. The staff is the best around. Gail at the front desk and Sally, who patiently helped me with my glasses until I was 100% satisfied went above and beyond. The staff makes you feel at home and is very knowledgeable and honest. Not to mention the laughs, it was like I was visiting with friends. Wonderful experience! I’d highly recommend Swan Vision to anyone!
