To clarify, we were not removed as the host claims. We chose to leave ourselves after feeling uncomfortable when the host repeatedly knocked on our windows and threatened to call the police. Our review simply reflects the experience we had, including loud animals at night, bugs around the property, and an unclean pool. Future guests can decide for themselves. I wrote this review again after the owner replied with her "truth" because google doesn't allow 2 reviews.
Lovely stay in the summer time. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
We went in but could not stay. The "entire house" was a few back rooms and a kitchen hived off from a bigger house which was surrounded by large vehicles. The pool appeared to be shared with the "front" house. There was no place to sit and enjoy a TV show together. Only TV's in the bedrooms. The traffic noise was considerable at 3pm and there was a rooster crowing somewhere nearby. A sign near the patio door warned of the guard dogs used to protect the other part of the premises...that was the last straw for us!
