Great tour, wineries and lunch at Pinelli were fantastic. Driver Adrian made our day as well, very accommodating.
Great tour, organised it for the Hummer package for our year end function. Lunch at Pinelli was nice, and driver Michael very accommodating.
So they started emailing while trying to work out the details (getting 20 people to commit to a time and date, which if you have ever done isn’t an easy matter; imagine herding cats) finally got the details worked out and the company stopped emailing me back and wouldn’t answer a phone call (multiple attempts were made). Had to make alternate plans the day of. 100% would never do business with them. Extremely unreliable.
Don’t ever ever book this company - Be warned !
Firstly I will give our driver for the day a 5/5.! They were outstanding.!! As for the rest I have mixed feelings.. I was told by different winery's throughout the day this is actually an East Coast company (didnt realise when booking) we were booked into closed winery's.. I would have thought a local company, would have had this knowledge.!! I was also told our driver/limo was from a different company, tho they kept 100% professionalism, never letting on. But would explain why they had to rush off to another booking.. when ... read more
