Swans Run is a wonderful, quiet, and friendly community,to live in.A huge shotout to our Unit Manager Sandy!.She is excellent She goes far beyond to make sure residents are comfortable.Anytime something in the apartment needs fix,or proper attention she makes sure it gets done correctly..Thank you Sandyfor being a great Unit Manager.
As the owner of Lumira Glass, I’ve been able to swap out some units that been broken here
My AC needs replaced but they refuse to!! The maintenance men come here every week for the past 6 weeks to play with it and make it work for 2 days then I'm burning up again. My electric bill is sky high because I'm paying for hot air to come out of my vents in the summer. I'm totally pissed off. Can't even entertain company. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I would not recommend anyone that I liked to move here. Sorry Sandy.
