It's now called The Pointe at Dale Hollow. After Doug Smith died they are selling lots at a much more affordable rate.
Swan Ridge is like a hidden paradise! The first time I topped the hill and saw the views of the lake, it was literally breathtaking! It's the most beautiful place in Tennessee that I have seen in person. Pictures do not do this place justice (trust me, I have an amazing camera and it still didn't capture all of the beauty I was seeing with my eyes!)
