Great bedside manner, very personable. Well run practice.
My parents have been traveling from melrose park to bloomingdale office to see Dr Ahmed But last visit was not so pleasant they had a hard time reaching the doctors office my parents had an excellent experience with previous medical assistant my father is devastated that he went to dr appointment and found out she was no longer there he asked for Vanessa and was told she was replaced with someone better I find that very not professional my parents felt comfortable with her
I was seeing Dr Sunan for about a year I would get my questions answered right away there was a girl name Vanessa working there who was very very helpful nice medical assistant she had a really nice attitude always smiling always bright would get back to me with any answers to my questions, I have been calling for the past two weeks I will post the calls and up to this day I don’t get a call back or an answer the last time I was there Vanessa was no longer there I had already complained to the dr about this lady name Julia a... read more
The staff and Dr here are wonderful and very kind. They paid attention to any and all of our concerns and addressed them appropriately. The Dr had a wonderful bedside manner and we could not be happier. Will continue to be a patient at Swan Primary Care
Today’s visit has been so amazing! I can’t believe I just found the perfect medical team that shows so much compassion and care for their patients. I truly felt like they were my personal family taking care of me. Shout out to Vanessa who went over and beyond for me. Dr. Ahmed who made me feel so comfortable to be in his care. I can’t wait to see you all in a few weeks.
