Swan Pools designed and built our new pool. They were professional and competent on the design and construction side. The operations side of the business was good, but could have been better. We did order from Swan a passive solar system along with our pool, but ended up not using Swan's solar subcontractor. Swan refunded a portion of the cost, without complaint. We would use them again.
