Salesman was great. Communication was great
I did not end up using Swan. They did build my grandparents pool over 40 years ago and they were always happy with the results. I did not end up using them however, their quotes were honest and reasonable from the start. No BS haggling to ensure you do t get ripped off. Terry was great, designed multiple pool options for us, was always on time and always available. Terry and Swan pools are great Americans who take good care of their customers. Awesome experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Swan Pools was the third company that I spoke with regarding a new build. I actually signed with another builder (TM) but after I wrote them a check for the deposit, i had a tough time reaching them or getting past the receptionist. I called Swan, they sent out John who had unlimited knowledge about the industry, and offered suggestions on and what would work form my particular yard, He actually spent three hours with me hand drawing my pool.
