I don't know why but when I walked into the shop it seemed empty. I walked to the end of the shop and saw about five employees in the loading bay, a couple of them saw me but none of them acknowledged me. Fairly pedestrian customer service from this place. I was looking for a piece for a tap I thought they would have at a "Plumbing: Kitchen and Bathroom" store - apparently not, go to Bunnings!
Scott provides great advice and services, always go to him for all my plumbing needs and questions. Highly recommend the boys at carrum downs.
