She filed so crooked and didnt dust off the powder before putting the top coat on my acrylics . So my nails are all bumpy UPDATE: my nails popped off in a week
I have been going here for years and keep going back. They are kind, efficient yet thorough, remember me when I go back, and accepting of my young kids in the salon. They have cute spa chairs for kids too. Reasonably priced.
Elan and her family are amazing nail artists. I have been a customer here for 2 years and as long as I live in the area, I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. She has done everything from gel ombré nails to colorful designs.
It was my first time coming here. All I wanted was my toes painted and the lady kept insisting that I get gel. I decided whatever I’ll just get it. I asked her to file down my nails so they aren’t so long and she refused to do that. I’m not sure why because I’m paying her to do what I want. She rushed and finished my toes in 10 minutes when nobody was there and still didn’t want to file my nails down. She gave me attitude and didn’t do it.When all I did was ask her to file them down.
