I am so grateful to have found the ladies at Swan Mountain! All throughout my pregnancy and postpartum they have treated me with care and as an individual, answering all of my and my husband’s questions thoroughly and without judgement. I was also thrilled when everything I researched and included in my birth plan turned out to be things that this team already does by default (like changing positions during labor, even when you have an epidural). I never want to deliver with any other team!
Halfway through my pregnancy and couldn't say better things about our experience with Swan Mountain so far! We live in BV and most of our visits have been at the local office, with the first appointment and 20 wk scan up in Breck. So convenient and always feel so cared for and heard!
Tried to call and get to the bottom of this with billing, but was ignored. Again just no morality in this practice. Period. They think they are to good to even hold a conversation with a human who is not wealthy
My sister has had a beautiful experience through this place. My nephew was born and healthy. However after her most recent experience with them she has asked me to leave a review. They have discriminated against her due to social class. It can't be just her. They hate poor people. They only care about the money. Its pathetic
