RecommendedI truly enjoyed my stay here I've been coming here since 2012. And I've never had a problem with anything or anyone love this place it was my home away from home now it's my vacation spot. My lady lives in FL and I live in NYC so we've mad this our home when she comes up to the Big Apple

It's outdated old rundown when you walk in the room Clark is behind for in bullet proof glass you know you're not in a good spot you got pimp hang out in the in the lobby but I don't know who else wrote the reviews but that must be employees

I have been staying @ the swan for many years!!! A simple email and my room is always ready at a great rate when i get there every time! It's a convient location staff is very nice and the renovations they did not so long ago really made the rooms so much more comfortable!!!
Love the in-room jacuzzi... The lounge is very inviting..
