Dr.swan did my surgery yesterday. Love this woman,very professional really put me at ease.explained everything very well.would recommend without hesitation.
Overheard front desk say my insurance wasn't working and they decided not to tell me and as I was called back for the appt had to ask the dr about what I heard. They were just going to wait till the appt was over and I owed them. Not to mention I asked if they accepted my insurance over phone before scheduling and they said yes but when I arrived they said no because "most people have the coverage they accept" but not me. Failed to mention that before I drove an hour. Communication is key.
I first met Dr. Swan in 1992. I was working in labor and delivery as an RN. I saw first hand the exceptional care that she provided her patients. I decided at that time that I wanted her to be my OB/GYN. She delivered 2 of my children. She has taken such wonderful care of me throughout the years. I will continue to be her patient until she retires. I can't say enough about her. Other than she is the best Doctor that I have ever experienced. Personally and professionally.
