My husband needed to get his ring finger measured in order to have his wedding band made a little bigger. Johnson's wanted to charge him $25 just to measure his finger. Really?! Unbelievable!! I will never shop here again. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
Unless Shar can assist you, DON'T go here. A 10 minute battery replacement for my watch ultimately took 4 days, and coincidentally, my watch is now broken. Judy, my "helper" was rude and took no accountability, even though she told me she struggled with it (my watch) and couldn't get the new battery in. No apologies, no offer to make it right, only an offer from the owner via Judy to send it to The Watch Dr. for approximately 4 weeks at my expense. They lost a local customer, and I will warn others.
