I love the provider but the office is basically nonexistent. There is no one to answer the phone. The business phone! Odd. You have to listen to a minute and a half recording to get to the beep to leave a message. Ugh. Im only trying to reschedule an appointment. So the office is run poorly. If they don't want to hire a receptionist maybe the provider could give us a direct line.

I’ve been seeing Jim for several years now at 2 different locations and he is amazing! I always feel heard and understood, he is definitely the person I reach out to when I have any concerns that I need to address.
Jim has worked very well with one of my son’s and I have never had a problem getting a script filled if you ask for it on time and have the refill request sent through your pharmacy.
