It's closed permanently. City has the property listed for sale, and the entrances are blocked off to cars. From what I can discern it was sold due to increasing problems from camping and campers driving cars onto the bike path
Boat ramp is closed . Gated and cement blocks in entrance areas . Don’t waste the drive over here.
What you would expect from a public boat ramp in the middle of Portland. Kind of cool industrial scenery, but overall if you can get further from the city you should... duh..
