I had a great experience with Swan! They were very easy to communicate with and did an awesome job.
Ro Swan has saved my carpets from my teenaged daughter and her friends many times, sometimes when I thought there was no hope. He has also succesfully worked on velvet sofas a couple of times, as well as an arm chair that had been commandeered by the pet dog. He did a great job with the carpet in a rental unit prior to sale. Absolutely amazing! The carpets look great, they were incredibly kind and worked so quickly!
Who knew a Google search would lead me to such a great company! I used Swan Home Services to clean rugs and carpeting. They were communicative and the results were great! They are definitely on the top of my list now for any carpeting and rug cleaning.
Ro is very easy to work with and knows everything about cleaning carpets and floors. He is very professional and responsive and explains why his approach to cleaning works so well. We will be calling Swan Home Services when it's time to clean our rugs, carpets, floors, air vents and dryer vent again.
