I noticed failures to follow process. Poor experience for patients and families.
I noticed multiple failures to follow process, in decision making, and assurance of proper correct documentation. Had significant issues including manipulation once seen that mistakes were made which led to the poorest experience. A safety risk of patients and their families.
I give this place 1 star because a year or 2 ago I was dealing with a guy named Xavier and a chick that was his offsider and I was not impressed by the way I got treated by them I had no say in what I wanted and they got talking behind my back and just decided to chuck me in the Bendigo mental health facility with out a say was not happy at all
