I moved out from a unit on 12/31/23 on 1400 Kingston St in Aurora and they are charging me for a missing carbon monoxide detector and I have a time stamped picture showing the item was there when I left the unit. They removed it as well as the one in the Livingroom/Kitchen. On top of that they want to charge me for replacing smoke detectors that are in working order. My wife and I are currently going thru the process of renting from them, it has been smooth and easy. Teri is a sweetheart and you can't help but smile when she is talking to you. We feel lucky going with them.
