Swan Creek isn't a terrible community, but it's not worth the rent you have to pay, which goes up every year. The dirt roads are rarely maintained and we've had to pay a lot of money to fix our vehicles because of it. They lie when you move in and say the roads will be paved at some point, just to get you in, but it's never going to happen. I was promised a/c within a couple weeks of moving in. It’s going on 2 months and still have no a/c while it’s 95° outside and I have animals in the house suffering. Also I have a massive sink hole in the road in front of my driveway that is affecting me being able to pull in and out of..n all they had to say is “it’s not that bad, it shouldn’t affect you at all” buts it’s 2ft across and 12inches deep destroying people’s cars. They allow people to blare their music all hours of the day and night. Have had to call the police on neighbors at 5a.m on a Saturday because the girl and the guy who isn’t even on the lease we’re fighting right outside our window. Have lived here almost 20 years and can not wait till we can finally get some property.they have also raised the lot rent and we do not even have a club house. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They let just anyone live here.
I would never recommend this place even if it was the last place on Earth to live. Many of the residents are rude and will have loud parties all hours of the night and morning. They also love to play their music in their cars as loud as they can and shake the houses. In my 21 years of living here there has never been management who didn’t care less than they do now. The quietness and the Serenity
Great community, peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for affordable housing in a great area this is where it’s at. The dirt road leading to the park can get your car dirty but it’s worth it lol
