Really good service I got from one of their worker. I had leakage in my kitchen I just call to report that and in 1 hour Craig came and fixed everything. I am really happy with the service . Really appreciate with his efforts every time whenever I got service from him .

I had a very positive experience living at Swan Court. The management team were always there when I had questions or needs they helped out. The workers that attend to all works in a timely manner. I really appreciate all that they do!! I would highly recommend Avenue Living to anyone who needs a great place to live!!💕💕💕

I am really disappointed with the service. Actually i did call so many times for shower leakage but nobody came for that. It is really disgusting that they create ticket every time for maintenance but no body came to check and without asking sending me text that maintenance is done. Edit- After this all matter I talk to the management of avenue living and I got my all the things done

I really had awesome experience during my stay at swan court. All mantainance was quick and reliable along with safe and welcoming community. Special thank to shrey for being so friendly and professional at his job. His support made me to continue my stay here. I highly recommend swan court for someone looking for great place to say it home.
