I am really disappointed with the service. Actually i did call so many times for shower leakage but nobody came for that. It is really disgusting that they create ticket every time for maintenance but no body came to check and without asking sending me text that maintenance is done. Edit- After this all matter I talk to the management of avenue living and I got my all the things done

I really had awesome experience during my stay at swan court. All mantainance was quick and reliable along with safe and welcoming community. Special thank to shrey for being so friendly and professional at his job. His support made me to continue my stay here. I highly recommend swan court for someone looking for great place to say it home.

Had a great experience staying in Swan Court. Haven’t had any issues with pests. Any time I’ve needed maintenance they’ve shown up with the hour. 👍

The building's awesome, and I haven't had any problems with maintenance or bills in three years. The management always takes care of things fast and well. It's been a really good experience overall.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly, talking to the property management has been much easier, and the building is very organized and well cared for, especially after the new property manager.
