My Dog was always very well cared for at Swan Corner Animal Hospital. 12 years of care and concern and I always knew exactly what issues my dog had and what the treatment protocol was going to be. We always received a follow up call to see how he was doing too. Excellent veterinarian practice.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this veterinarian friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet? Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate.

The staff at Swan Corner have always treated me and my pets (guinea pigs and anoles) with respect and compassion. Dr. Spodick is knowledgeable and will thoroughly explain what is going on, and answer any questions you may have. (I've been going there for about ten years.)

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
