Love Dr Spodick and his super terrific vet techs!!
Just wanted to thank Dr Spodick for essentially giving us a new dog. Our old man (17 years old) had gone to him his entire life. My husband and I recently brought our 7 year old back to him and thanks to his suggestions and care our pup is spunky, healthy, has lost weight and is like a new boy! Can't thank Dr Spodick and his staff enough!
I have been a client at SCAH for over 13 years. I have always had an outstanding experience Dr.Spodick and his staff. I tried to provide a my review on yelp, as a satisfied client, but it was screened out :< :< :<. I find that very unfair as that type of limited feedback paints a biased picture. In any case - have had a wonderful experience with SCAH with my ferrets and dogs.
Been taking my dogs to Dr. Spodick for almost 15 years. Can't even imagine him making that statement. In fact, he has always been conscious of costs and compassionate with the animals.
If the reviewer cannot pay for complete veterinary care for an animal, that should not should not influence the quality of review. Swan Corner is a business, not a charity - and rabies vaccination, particularly on a stray is important. Regardless of whether Dr.S said what was indicated, I would agree - your should NOT own pets, even taking in strays, if you cannot afford to care for them medically. The worst place ever. You go in for one thing and they make u feel guilty if u don't get every shot they suggest. I had a 600 bill for an indoor stray cat I helped and when I went back 3 weeks later they said he needed rabies shot. I said I could not afford that. That I was only there for eye drop prescription. The vet said "then maybe you shouldn't be a pet owner". Maybe he shouldn't be a vet
