Beware! I took a \$300 sequined dress here to be cleaned. When I returned to pick it up all of the sequins were gone. The cashier, proceeded to tell me that she didnt remember my dress having sequins on it when I brought it in. While she was telling me this, one of her staff blurted out that the sequins from my dress were all over the floor in the back. When I asked for some sort of reimbursement, the manager told me to buy a pack of sequins, have them sewed on by a tailor and then bring the dress back to Swan for partial re... read more
