I dropped a king size comforter off to be cleaned on a thursday and was told it would be ready the next tuesday; it was not ready which i found out after driving through heavy traffic to pick it up. I called the wednesday morning and was told it had been ready on tuesday, the clerk had just not put it in a bag. I went to pick it up wednesday and the clerk was blank faced and extremely rude; the comforter was just rolled up and put in a bag, not on a hanger as it should have been.
