RecommendedI said yes to the dress. No appointment , random walk in w super welcoming staff . They listened to what I was looking for and I found my dress. Highly recommend this bridal store!!!
Mi nuera vio un vestido en su website y cuando hizo cita ya estando allí le dijeron que ese no lo tenían que viera los que tenía allí, luego en el mismo website vi un vestido para mi para la boda y hago cita, llego allí y lo mismo que ese no lo tienen que me probara otro!!!😡😡 Recomiendo que chequen su website y publiquen SOLAMENTE LO QUE TIENEN Ya estando allí quieren forzar a la gente que compren lo qué hay!!! I would not RECOMMEND this store to any bride -to-be..The consultant we had Jane was very rude to my daughter and didn’t listen to that she wanted to try on. I believe the whole store needs to take a class in customer service. As a mom seeing your daughter walk out of the store literally in tears and it supposed to be one of the most special time in her life made me feel real sad, and upset. WORST EXPERIENCE! The consultant pulled 5-6 dresses for me to try on. After the second dress, she told me nothing else would fit me. I was confused because there were a ton of dresses and had not been told there or any of the other shops I went to that there was a limited selection for a size 12. She then proceeded to go take "another look" and returned with a exact style I told her in the beginning that I did not like. She then suggested I put on the provided silk robe for me to go with her. San Antonio’s hidden secret when it comes to bridal shops! I had such a great experience finding my wedding gown at Swan Bridal! The owner was so patient with me while I tried on so many dresses! She was respectful of my budget and helped me choose my dream dress! And they also have a payment plan ladies so you don’t have to stress about paying it all off at once 🙌🏼 I am so excited to wear my beautiful dress on my big day, thank you Swan Bridal!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Swan Bridal. The first dress I tried on was one that Jane recommended & I knew the second I saw it on, that it was “the one”! I also was able to get my dream dress within my budget. Since my wedding is a year out, I asked for a second fitting in March to ensure I would get the best fit for me. Jane and her team were so sweet to accommodate this request. This bridal shop also has a recommended seamstress!
Absolutely the best bridal boutique that you could hope for. They have an exceptional selection of dresses, their prices were the best by far for what you get, and the girls were amazing. I didn’t have family to take with me to pick my dress and they made me feel incredibly special and beautiful! I would recommend Swan Bridal to every bride to be!!!
