Terrible, absolutely terrible. – The technicians were friendly and they had great looking shirts...BUT, they showed up over 2 hours late without calling. When they had to come back, they made my tenant wait over an hour past her appointment time. They didn't call her, either. In all cases, the cost of "parts" was more than double the cost at Home Depot; sometimes triple, or more.
