Horrible business. Bought an oil pan that they didn’t have and couldn’t get and now they won’t refund my money. Have left five messages and no one will return calls. Shop someplace that actually cares.
if i could give a zero star I would. This compony is just stealing money from it costumers. long story short never received the core charge money. first core they said was broken so i had them send it back and they broke it trying to get it apart. sent them another had it rebuilt but then never could get a refund on the good core i sent in. I called many many times and just got lie after lie. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!
Worst customer service experience I've ever had, they will not answer the phone no matter what extension you use and will never call you back.
Sold this company 2 FICM modules in March '22. They received the parts at the end of March and aftet repeatedly being told I would have my phone calls returned in an attempt to be paid for my parts, they refuse to return a call, pay me for thr parts, or return my parts. Though their website states they are buying parts cores, I suggest you do NOT sell them anything if you want to actually get paid. I have filed a complaint w/ the BBB and they ignored them, too. Steer clear.
Just like everybody else said this company has gone straight down the drain. Plenty of other places to do business with that service 7.3 L. Definitely look elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.
