I can't tell if the front office or the doctor herself is the problem but I scheduled on 1/21 for their next appointment based on my pediatrician's recommend. Given it's pediatric neurology, there is usually some emergency, but nope, they scheduled 4/13. On 4/9, they called saying she's off on vacation so no 4/13. I provided my insurance months in advance and waited almost six months for this appointment. I traveled over two hours to get there, only to be told at check in that my insurance was not accepted and the appointment was denied. No prior notice was given. Waited 6 months for this appointment. Phones dont turn on till 830 and my appointment was earlier. Running late due to unforeseen circumstances and was given any leniency. How can I get in touch with anyone when the phones aren't even on?! Just needed a second opinion but will def go elsewhere.
Dr. Sinha is extremely knowledgeable and kind. We’ve see her twice over the years and each time she spent time explaining things and reassuring us. Highly recommend.
