This is my first experience with a back injury, so I was recommended to see Dr. Albright for pain management. With no disrespect intended the Dr. Was very cold and not very sociable. I told him that a smile or a handshake would go a long ways when it comes to patient comfortability. On another note the nurse who did my vitals and patient information was very welcoming and seemed concerned about my pain levels and happily answered my questions that I had for her. I would Brittanie a 5 star plus for her professionalism
I have a lot of faith in Dr Albright. He is caring, easy to speak with and is informative. I highly recommend him.
I tried calling the billing department 4 times left detailed messages looking to get a price for a visit and no call back. Tried calling customer service and the nice woman couldn't get me an answer. I am a self pay no insurance my husband is on federal disability they knew this when I made the appointment and still got charged $346.70 just to tell me that they really can't do anything for Fibromyalgia.
