I recently visited Swain Community Hospital for an ultrasound. I received top notch customer service and care from Lydia and Rebekah (and staff) in the Radiology department. They went above and beyond in communicating with my referring doctor's office to obtain the correct paperwork needed, and were so incredibly kind and patient in a scary/stressful situation. I would highly recommend Swain Radiology and will definitely return here in the future for any medical needs.
They have taken excellent care of my husband. The nurses are experienced and professional. They speak to you in a kind understanding matter to where you understand whats going on. My husband has done tremendously well in there care. Thank you. To all of the staff at Swain regional Hospital. I'm very greatful for all of you.
Alida (not sure how to spell it) was by far the most passive aggressive and useless nurse I have ever met in my life. Bed side manner is supposed to be part of her job, but her tone was as cold as the needles she uses. She also yelled at me for trying to take a phone call with my mother in law, outside of my fiancé’s room. Clearly she needs to retire. I have been there twice with heart attacks. Both times I was taken in immediately and care for accordingly. The last time I was there, they determined the possibility of a blood clot forming, treated me as such, and had me helicoptered to Mission Hosptial in Asheville. Three hours later I was in ICU. I am convinced their ER saved my life on two occasions. Thank you Swain Hospital.
