This is my second time using Swaim Electric. They replaced my entire downstairs unit last year and were fast, honest, and didn't give me the runaround whatsoever like all the other HVAC companies typically do. This time, my upstairs A/C was out. I called them 8/25, they came out just now on 8/26. Sam, the technician, was punctual, communicative, and resolved my issue (bad capacitor on the unit) in less than 10 minutes, he was here for maybe 20 minutes and repaired it quickly for a great price.
